Failed attempt to bomb attack on a plane

Failed attempt to bomb attack on an American aircraft company Northwest. Apparently a Nigerian man aged 23, an alleged member of the terrorist organization Al Qaeda, rose Amsterdam airport to detonate a bomb. The destination was Detroit where he was arrested.

His name is Abdul Farouk Abdulmutallab and passed the security checkpoints without problems even carrying in his legs with tape the engine. On board the plane suffered burns due to handling the incendiary device.

U.S. seeks to strengthen the security of all those aircraft wishing to land in their territory to avoid further attack.

40 injured in a plane crash in Jamaica

A company plane American Airlines leaves the runway during landing and there are 40 wounded. Events have taken place at the airport Kingston Norman Manley, Jamaica, about 22 o'clock (local time).

The aircraft is a Boeing 737 that had left Miami and traveling unas150 passengers and crew. The plane could not land in the right conditions because of heavy rain and storm that are in the Kingston area. The aircraft broke in two and is still unknown severity of injuries.
